Defective Product Warranty
Our rods are covered for the first 30 days from damage that occurs during normal fishing conditions as a result of craftmanship or material defects. While this is very rare, we do understand it can happen. All rods covered under this warranty will be replaced with a $40.00 service fee.
Accidental Replacement Warranty
Accidents happen. For rod damages not covered under the defective product warranty, we offer a one time replacement program for a new rod. We simply require a one-time payment of 50% retail cost for a replacement (plus return shipping costs).
For all warranty claims, the following requirements must be met:       ​
- Owner must be the original owner
- Proof of purchase required
- Broken rod guides are not covered (guides can typically be replaced for less than the cost of return shipping)
- The customer is required to pay for return shipping costs to our facility
- Please reach out to customer service for an accidental replacement quote.
To initiate the claim, please complete the form below. The damaged rod must then be shipped to the following address:

​Upon receipt of the rod, we will perform an internal inspection to verify the claim. You will be contacted with 10 business days after receipt of your rod.

- First 30 days- rod defects- send the rod back in and you will get a replacement for $40.00 + shipping costs.
- After 30 days up to 1 year, any problems with the rod- you can get a new rod for half price. (If the rod breaks for ANY reason- accident or defect- you get a rod for 50% off retail.)
